CONDITIONS OF USE / WARRANTY / Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
At ShopXtreme.com, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service and excellent product quality. Products purchased from us come with the following terms/warranty:
- All cell phone, digital camera, camcorder, and laptop batteries purchased from ShopXtreme.com come with a 1-year in-house replacement warranty. If your battery stops working within 1 year, you can send it back to us and we will replace it (or we`ll issue a refund equal to the current market value of the battery).
- All cell phone accessories such as chargers, cases, antennae, etc. come with 3-month replacement warranty.
- All Bluetooth headsets and cell phone handsets come with factory warranty only. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for these products, no exceptions.
- Please make sure to provide us with a valid "Ship-To" address when you fill out the order form. If you refuse the shipment of an order, or if your package will be returned back to us as "Undeliverable as Addressed" or for any other reason returned to our facility as undeliverable, you will be charged a $15 refused shipment fee. In addition, you will be charged all original shipping and handling, and return postage charges. You will also be charged a restocking fee equal to 15% of your order total. You will be contacted by one of our sales representatives if the package is returned back to us and you can choose to have the package reshipped to a different address at your expense. By placing the order on our website you agree to these terms & conditions.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. We will issue a full refund back to the form of payment used to pay for the transaction within 30 days from the day the order was placed if we suspect the package does not comply with one of our company policies. This could be due to various reasons, including but not limited to, suspected fraudulent transaction, out-of-stock item is not in stock within 30-days, international orders, price mistypes/mistakes, other reasons.
Discounts/Coupon Offers:
From time to time we offer different promotions and coupons. For these promotions/coupons to be valid, they have to comply with the following rules:
* You Have to use ShopXtreme.com's Checkout (Can't be used with Google Checkout or PayPal)
* Offer can not be combined with any other coupons or offers (such as other discount coupons, free shipping offers, Google Checkout promotions, etc.)
* Offer valid for ONLINE orders only
* Offer can not be applied for previously placed orders or for orders already placed. If you are having problems using/entering this coupon during our checkout, please email us within 15min from the time you place your order with request to apply this coupon. We will manually adjust your order to reflect the savings. All requests for discounts received after 15min will not be honored.

From time to time we run Free Shipping offers. Our Free Shipping Offer is a coupon for $5.95 which can be applied to any order over $50 (excluding shipping). The fee of $5.95 is applied towards our standard shipping which is Ground 4-14 business days. This coupon can also be applied towards any other shipping method we offer, such as 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air, Next Day Air, etc. (the $5.95 credit will be applied towards that shipping method). Please add your items to the cart, $50 minimum, and then during the checkout apply the coupon "FREESHIP09" which will apply $5.95 credit to your order. This coupon has no "cash" value and can only be applied to order over USD$50.00 plus shipping. This coupon cannot be used with any other coupons or offers. 30 Days Money Back Guarantee:
At ShopXtreme.com your satisfaction is Guaranteed! We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on ALL batteries and some other products purchased from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase with us simply return your sealed/unopened product back to us according to the instructions below within 30 days from your order date and we will issue a full refund (less a 15% restocking fee and less shipping & handling fees, excluding all specially marked items.
Price Match Guarantee:
If you find a lower advertised price on any website (offer excludes auction sites, and specials), we will do our best to at LEAST Price Match or beat their price. Please email us at sales@shopxtreme.com and please provide us with your contact information, model number of the item(s) you are interested in, and the URL and phone number of the website where we can find a lower advertised price. The item should be of the same color/model/type/capacity to qualify. We will contact you once we complete our price verification.
Warranty Guidelines:
All merchandise returned to us must comply with the following guidelines and should be returned in the following manner for the return to be processed:
- The warranty is not transferable to any subsequent user.
- Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or physical damage.
- We will repair or replace your battery at our discretion within the time frame specified above.
- If the item returns to our facility due to an incorrectly entered shipping address, the refund will be issued. We kindly ask our customers to provide us with a correct shipping addresses. If the returned item has to be re-shipped, customer is required to cover s&h fees incurred.
- Shipping and handling fees are always non-refundable. We incur shipping fees as well as ensure that your item is packaged and shipped in a safe and timely fashion.
- All returns after 45 days from the date of purchase require a $4.95 fee paid at the time of return to cover return postage, processing, and handling of your repair/exchange/return. This fee applies to any returns/exchanges including items under our standard 1-year warranty and 3-year Extended warranty.
